DealerMine CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Email Formatting - We have added some new formatting options in the email screen, such as copy and paste. You can also right click to use the browsers spell check on any red underlined word.

  2. Key Report 4: Contact Analysis Report - We have changed the way the data is displayed on this report to improve speed time to open the report. Simply click the header to view customer details if needed.

  3. Opt In - There was an issue where users were not able to uncheck the Opt In checkbox in the Customer Info screen when updating a cell phone number, the auto check has been removed so the user has full control now.

  4. Texting Setup - from the Admin screen "Texting Setup" you can now give access to any user here to use any of the texting lines.

  5. Reports - A new option has been added to the drop down list in the Auto Email setup on the Reports tab called "Send Daily Email for Tomorrow's Data"

Resolutions

  1. Followups - There was an issue when completing a followup you could not create another for the same customer. This issue has been resolved.

Enhancements

  1. eService VIN Field - We have added an option to display a VIN entry box for the customer when they are booking an appointment online. This will help locate a matching customer file faster as well. Go to eService Configuration to turn this option on.

DealerMine Sales CRM Enhancments & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Web Leads - In Web leads > Showroom leads both the Lead History an Lead Stats tab now have a Search Subject box. Here users can enter in the subject that they are searching for.

  2. Desking - We have added a Program Options drop down to allow you to view Subprime rates if needed.

  3. Sales Schedule Batch Emails - in the Sale Schedule setup screen, you can now choose to send an email from a specific user, who can email on behalf of other Salespeople. This option will come in handy if your dealership wants to send an email to all customers from a specific user at your dealership, not the Salesperson on the deal. If you have a leasing Manager who is responsible to keep in touch with all leasing customers, this is the solution.

  4. Desking option - We have added a new option to show/hide rates on printed worksheets for New and Used deals. Go to Admin Screen - Desking Options.

Resolutions

  1. Unlinking - There was an issue where you could not right click to unlink a guest if linked in error. This has been resolved.

  2. Web Lead Orbs - there was an issue with web lead orbs not matching correctly. This has been resolved and we have added orbs in the store/branch drop downs to make it even easier.
