Resolutions


  1. There was an intermittent issue where some vehicles were not attached to a maintenance schedule when they should have been. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue when a recall was selected in Online Scheduling that the default time for the opcode was not displaying correctly in Dealermine. This has been resolved.

  3. There was an issue where Appointment Prep notifications were being sent from the wrong email address, and as such users were not receiving replies. This has been resolved.

  4. There was an issue where vehicles were not being displayed on the correct customer file. This has been resolved.


DMS Enhancements & Resolutions

For Dealerbuilt customers, we have made the new secondary customer fields in the customer profile screen editable. Users are now able to add or edit secondary customer information on a profile and the changes will push to Dealerbuilt.

Resolutions


  1. There was an issue for some Serti stores, where the appointment schedule would display blank. This was caused by an issue with the download process, and has now been resolved.
