Declined/Deferred Setup

When booking appointments the recommended maintenance items can be accepted, declined or deferred from the drop down. This setup screen allows for the customization of the reason codes that populate.

Under options you can:

  • Add New Reason

  • Edit Reason

  • Delete Reason

Add New Reason

To add a new reason:

  • Go to the options drop down

  • Click Add New Reason

  • Enter the reason you want to add

There are three radio buttons:

  • Active - If unchecked the reason will not display when choosing a reason

  • Deferred - If checked the reason code will display if marking recommended maintenance as Deferred

  • Decline -If checked the reason code will display if marking recommended maintenance as Decline

You can change the order the reasons display by clicking on the reason and using the up or down arrows.
