Enhancements
We have improved the error messaging for auto answer issues for better understanding when errors are presented. If a call does not reach the appointment coordinator, due to the customer hanging up when the call is answered the user should see the following error "Inbound - The caller ended the call before it could be connected"
If the call does not reach the appointment coordinator due to it timing out the call should be re-queued and the user should see the following error "Inbound - A call was pushed to your phone but timed out prior to connection and was therefore re-queued"
Resolutions
There was an issue where users were able to overbook days even though there were preventions enabled. This has been resolved.
There was an issue with OLS where customers were being recommended maintenance for the wrong branch. This has been resolved.
There was an issue with auto answer when a user left an automated voicemail it was immediately putting the user into available. We have now made it so the user will be put in ACW.
DMS Enhancements & Resolutions
Resolutions
QUORUM - There was an issue where when a user clicked on the 'x' to remove an email on the customer information screen they were getting an error that said "enter a valid email address". This has been resolved.
PBS - There was an issue when booking an appointment in DealerMine we were not sending the book as user correctly to PBS. This has been resolved.
PBS - There was an issue where users were able to change the relationship on a DMS Merged customer. This has been resolved.
