Service Enhancements & Resolutions

  1. In the Customer Information screen on the Contact Methods (Customer Specific) tab we have changed the title of the section Automated Type to “Contact Type Preference”. The section will have the same functionality.



2. Telephony users will no longer be able to switch to a different store, open the queue pop up, click on voicemails, or access Emails or Online Booking requests via the Call Queue pop up, while status is set to "ON Phone", when this does happen the user will receive an error message in the lower right corner of the screen letting them know there's a call in progress. The use will also see an error when logging out of Telephony, this is to let the user know they are off line and have no Telephony connection.




Below will be the errors in the console tab.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue where customers who were reserved to receive a Voicedrop were appearing in the call select screen, thus they were being pulled for contact by the BDC. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue with the Transportation column on the appointment schedule displaying too wide, if a transportation other than Waiter was selected. This was causing issues when trying to book appointments. This has been resolved.

  3. There was an intermittent issue with emails loading blank in Dealermine. This was caused by some out of date versions of code. This has been resolved.

  4. There was an intermittent issue where telephony users were unable to make an outbound call. This was caused by the issue mentioned in the last release about Browsers going to “sleep”, and disconnecting the user from Telephony. This has been resolved, and we have made the error message that prompted more clear on what is causing the issue.

  5. There was an issue where telephony users would still show as being online, after they had logged out of Telephony. This was caused by the user logging out while the ACW timer was still counting down. When the timer reached 0, the users status would return to Ready. This has been resolved.

  6. There was an intermittent issue where telephony users were unable to make an outbound call. This was caused by the issue mentioned in the last release about Browsers going to “sleep”, and disconnecting the user from Telephony. This has been resolved, and we have made the error message that prompted more clear on what is causing the issue.

  7. There was an issue when an email was moved to a subfolder, that it would not populate in the email history tab of the customer profile. This has been resolved.

  8. There was an issue when a user selected a tech on an appointment line, and then added a new line to the appointment, the technician field would revert back to unassigned instead of holding the tech name. This has been resolved.

  9. There was an issue where some Telephony users would receive a generic error message with no explanation of the issue when attempting to make an outbound call. We have now improved the wording of these messages .

  10. There was an occasional issue where users would log into Telephony after a break, but their status was not updating in the BDC Monitor. We have now added an error message in the lower right corner of the users screen when this occurs, stating “No location selected. Please log out, and back in again.”

11. There was an issue with OpCode Control, where the red exclamation mark (!) indicating an opcode is fully booked or overbooked, was not displaying on the Operations Menu, at the side of the Appointment Schedule. This has been resolved.


12. There was an issue where the tool tip was not displaying over the red exclamation mark on the Operations Menu at the side of the Appointment Schedule. This has been resolved
