Users may work in counties whose time zone is different than Eastern Standard Time. Casebook defaults the time zone for all users based on their assigned home office. Only admin users can change time zones in Casebook. Workers cannot change their own time zone.
Admins and super admins can change time zones in Casebook. To do so:
Search for the user whose time zone you want to change.
From the search results, open their user profile page.
On the user's profile page, from the User Account card, click Edit. On the summary of the card, you will be able to see the user's default time zone.
From the edit screen, use the drop down menu to select the correct time zone.
Click Save User.
