Configurable Fields

Client Configurable Fields

Certain fields in Casebook are client configurable and are maintained by your system administrator. The table below shows the fields that are currently client configurable.

Error Messages

If you enter a value that does not match an existing value you'll be advised that the value is not found

If you Save the record you'll see an error at the top of the page that the form could not be saved and list the fields that contained invalid data.

If a value is missing, send a ticket to the help desk.
