The Global Search Results card has been updated to include Involvement Counties (Direct and Indirect)
Global Search Results can now be filtered by County
Person Profile Pages now display a History of Involvement

Race values on the Person Edit Page have been updated to meet Federal guidelines
Native American Tribe is now required on all Victims on Assessments

Foster Family Homes now display History of Involvements
The Assessments tab on a worker’s dashboard will now feature color coded badges indicating if an Assessment is overdue
Citizenship and Verification is now required for submission for victims, perpetrators, and caregivers on Assessments
If applicable, date of death and verification is required on submission for victims and perpetrators on an Assessment
Workers are no longer required to manually enter CANS Assessment results into CB
Once the CANS Assessment is completed in Kidtraks, the scores and answers will appear in Casebook
New Features as of September 28th, 2016:
The Human Trafficking Screening Tool is required when:
an Assessment includes a Human/Sexual Trafficking Allegation
a Focus Child returns from a runaway episode

Casebook no longer allows Exceptions for Narratives on Assessments
Hotline workers must now select a Participant who the Report will be named after
Institutional Reports are automatically named after the Resource selected on the Decision Card
Dashboard Action Items for Case Plans and IA Plans have changed
IA Plan Expiring goes away when the IA Progress Report is completed or its expiration date is extended
Case Plan Expiring goes away when the Case Plan is completed and approved
Report Index automatically updates when a filter is selected
New Features as of June 15th, 2016:
Response Time is now required when the Report is submitted to the Hotline Queue when:
There is no screening decision entered
There is a screening decision of Screen In or Screen Out
A Save All & Close button has been added to In Progress Reports
When the user chooses Save All & Close, all cards on the Report are saved and the user is returned to their Dashboard
For re-opened Assessments, CPI is recalculated when users click edit on the Allegations card
Cases and Assessments require an assignee for submission
Cases and Assessments cannot be unassigned once they have been assigned
New Features as of May 11th, 2016:
Reports in Hotline or County Review are automatically released if there are no edits in the last 15 minutes
LCPAs are now required to select either Adoptive and/or Foster Family Home License types when licensing Resources
New Features as of April 13th, 2016:
Names of Related People on Hotline Reports now display as a link to that Casebook Person’s Profile
Cases and Assessments display the Assignee’s supervisor at the time of approval
If the Case or Assessment was created prior to July 5th, 2012 the Assignee’s current Supervisor displays

Users can now access their closed Cases from their Dashboard
Family Evaluation is now added as a Legally Mandated Reason
The option to restrict an Assessment is now located in the Actions menu on the Smart Bar
Large Feature Change as of December 3rd, 2015:
Casebook will now track a user’s home office time zone.
Users will now enter all times based on the time zone of their assigned home office, even if the user is working in a different time zone.
Only Casebook system administrators will have the ability to change a user’s time zone.
If the user notices that their time zone is incorrect, or if they change their assigned home office, they should submit a ticket to DCS help desk to correct it.
New Feature as of October 29, 2015:
Approved Assessments can now be reopened/unapproved.
Users with the role of Local Office Director, Executive, Administrator or Super Administrator can now reopen a previously approved Assessment
Once reopened the Assessment can be viewed and edited by any worker as though it have never been approved (with limitations for Restricted Assessments)
When submitted for approval a reopened Assessment has the same validation rules as any other Assessment
