The overview page for an eligibility application is populated by menus on the left and right sides and cards in the center of the page. The screen shot below gives a partial view of the overview page of an EA eligibility application.
Only CEU Supervisors, CEU workers, Admin, and Super Admin worker roles can edit eligibility applications. If you do not have one of these roles assigned to you in Casebook, you will see a yellow banner at the top of the application explaining that you are unable to edit the application.
Common features for every EA Eligibility Application include:
Jump Menu: This menu is located on the left side of the eligibility application and follows workers as they scroll up and down the page. It is populated with links that correspond to every card on the eligibility file. When a link is clicked the worker is taken directly to that card.
Actions Menu: This menu is located on the right side of the eligibility file. Workers can click to open a dropdown menu from which they can print the EA Application and Medicaid Eligibility Form, and add IV-E Waiver.
Application Details: This menu lists basic demographic information about the child and includes a link to the focus child’s person page and related assessment and/or case. The menu also lists the county, assigned FCM, and assigned CEU worker. This is how CEU workers and FCMs will identify their counterparts if/when the two parties need to communicate.
All Applications Menu: This menu is located directly below the Application Details menu and lists all eligibility applications associated with the focus child. The one currently displayed is listed in black.
Cards on the EA Eligibility File
Like other pages in Casebook, the EA Eligibility file is populated with cards that hold specific information. The following chart explains the cards a worker will see on the EA Eligibility file.
