The User Profile Page combines the user and person information into one page that is searchable by the user's name. The image below shows an overview of the User Profile Page.
There is a “Smart Bar” at the top of the screen that follows workers as they scroll up and down the page. This Bar includes the title of the piece of work that a worker is currently on, contains an Edit link, persistent access to the View History button, and now contains the New Note button. The Edit and View History buttons will only appear on the smart bar when they are relevant to the unit of work you are viewing
The Quick Information Menu on the right hand side of the screen lists the assessments, cases, and eligibility files you are involved in. For example, if you were the babysitter for a child on an assessment, you would see a link to that child's assessment once the relationship was created in Casebook. This is not the list of your assigned work.
