Any authorized Hotline user can edit a Report even if they are not the assignee.
(Hotline: Worker, Supervisor and Super User)
Each card (section) of the Report is edited individually via the pencil icon and saved via the Save button on the bottom of that card.
Saving Without Submitting
Click Save All & Close to save all changes without submitting the Report for Hotline Review and return to your Dashboard.
Once the report saves, you are returned to your Dashboard and a confirmation is displayed.
Note:
Clicking Save All & Close does not trigger all validations required for submission. However, card level validations are triggered. If there are card level errors, you remain on the Report until the errors are corrected
Card Validation Upon Save
As each card is saved the data entered is validated. Invalid data causes a flashing warning pill to appear alerting the user that the ‘[Card Name] card has validation error preventing it from saving’.
Click X to dismiss the error message.
An error message also displays at the top of the card as well as under, or next to, the field that contains invalid data.
When all cards are completed the Report is submitted for Hotline Review.
