CEU workers see a dashboard specific to their work when they log-in to Casebook. Also known as the Eligibility File Index, this dashboard displays only eligibility files.
This is the CEU Dashboard. Information about the application file name, the number of applications in each file, the assigned worker, the type of application, the status of the application, and the number of days since the event that triggered the application are displayed in the index.
The person icon designates a group of sibling eligibility applications. Clicking on the icon will expand all related sibling applications.
Workers can click the number that illustrates the number of applications contained in each file to display more information about the types of past eligibility applications. This count includes EA, IV-E, and Collaborative Care applications.
All current and open eligibility applications are displayed on the dashboard. By default, they are sorted with unassigned work first and then by Days Since Event so that work that has been in the queue the longest is listed at the top of the index.
Workers can sort the dashboard in the following ways by clicking on the column heading. Once sorted, clicking on the heading a second time will reverse the order of the sort.
Application: files will sort in ascending alphabetical order by last name.
Assigned Worker: files will sort in ascending alphabetical order by worker last name.
Application type: files will sort by type - EA or IV-E.
Status: files will sort by status - Initial or Returned
Days Since Event: files will sort by number of days they have been in the index. This is a count of the number of days since the initiating event.

The eligibility dashboard can be filtered to help CEU workers quickly find their work. The dashboard can be filtered by:
Assigned Worker
Type of Application
County
Review status -- By default, this filter is set to "initial" applications. When CEU workers use this filter, it will filter only the applications that are assigned to them. When CEU Supervisors use this filter, it will filter all of the applications listed on the dashboard.
Each filter is expandable and collapsable by clicking the small triangle next to the title of the filter.
Use the checkboxes to select the items you want to display in each menu.
The filter menus can be expanded and collapsed by clicking the small yellow triangle next to the heading of the filter.
Click Update Filter at the bottom of the sidebar.
