You can delete notes, file uploads, removal episodes, and involvement types, among other things, by clicking a small blue 'x' found near the piece of information you want to delete. This 'x' is the convention Casebook uses to signal workers they can delete pieces of work.
Being able to delete work in Casebook will help workers keep the information in cases and assessments clean. All actions taken and information entered into Casebook are tracked in the audit log even if they are deleted.
On a blue edit screen in Casebook, workers will often see a small blue 'x' next to the edit link.
When workers click the x, a verification will pop up asking if the worker is sure they want to delete this piece of work.
Workers click 'ok' to delete the piece of work and 'cancel' to keep the piece of work.

Notifications can be deleted from the Dashboard. In the Notifications box on the right hand side of the dashboard, when a worker hovers their cursor over an individual notification, a gray 'x' will appear. When workers click on this 'x', the individual notification will be deleted.

Workers can delete SDM tools from the Actions menu that opens when you view the saved SDM tool. Once the unit of work the plan or tool was added to has been submitted for approval and approved, workers cannot edit or delete them.
