In Casebook, all resources are storied in Resource Indexes, which can be found in the Resources and Lists menu at the top of every page in Casebook. These indexes display information about the license status and dates for the various resources. There are 5 resource indexes in Casebook, in addition to the New Resource Index:
Foster Family Home Resources (abbrev. FFH)
Residential Resources (abbrev. RR)
Out of State Resources (abbrev. OOS)
Placement Providers (abbrev. PP)
Service Providers (abbrev. SP)
The list of resources found on the Foster Family Home and Residential Resource Indices are sorted alphabetically by last name of the payee listed on the resource.

Filtering the Index
The left hand side of the index contains a search filters. On the Foster Family, Residential Resource, and Placement Provider indexes, filters act like they do on the global search filters; filters on the Out of State index work like the History Page filters. To clear the filters, click Clear All Filters at the bottom of the sidebar.
License Status Filters:
Resources are grouped into three categories: Inquiry and Application, Active License, and Inactive/Not licensed. Within each of these categories, you can further filter the index. Clicking the small black triangles will expand this list of sub-categories.
You can only select one license status at a time to filter by.
County Filters
You can select multiple counties to show in the widget. ONLY ONE county will display in the index at a time. The designated county that is displaying will have a grey bar over it.
You can select different counties using the dropdown menu. Counties that you recently viewed will be listed above the dropdown menu.
To clear the county filter, click “All".
