Anyone who can edit the Report can use Report Restrictions on the Decision card
Use the Actions menu when you can no longer edit the Report; examples include:
Workers once the Report is in the Hotline Queue and beyond
Supervisors when the Report is in the County Queue
Workers and above once the Report is Approved
County Supervisors always have access to set restrictions via the Actions menu

To Set Restrictions via the Actions menu:
Click the Action Menu and select Set Restrictions
The Set Restrictions modal appears
Click the tooltip for more information on the requirements for restricting a Report
Select Yes, Restrict to Selected Users
Add the authorized users via the auto-completer
Click Save
If you are authorized to access a restricted Report, you can also remove the restriction.
Click the Action Menu and select Set Restrictions
On the modal that appears:
Select No, Make Accessible to All Users
Click Save
