Common features for all Hotline pages are:
Top Menu - same menu used throughout Casebook
Dashboard - quick navigation to your dashboard
How the dashboard looks and what information is displayed depends on your Casebook and Hotline user roles
My Work - list of work assigned to you or needing your review
See My Work for Hotline users
Notifications - significant events that happen with Reports
which notifications you receive depend on your Hotline role
Resources - quick access to indexes
See Report Index for information regarding the Hotline Queue
Global Search - used to find People, Reports or other Units of Work
See Global Search for Hotline for information specific to Reports
Forms - used to access DCS forms
+ New Note - used to add notes to People or other Units of Work
cannot be added to Reports
not normally used by Hotline Workers (depending on your Casebook role)
+ New Report - used to create new Reports (see Working with Reports)
Action - used to perform specific functions within Casebook
the Action menu appears on pages depending on the Report state and your Hotline role
