Once a resource is licensed, some changes to the resource will cause the assigned worker to have to complete an additional revision checklist and resubmit the resource for approval before a new printable license can be issued. Examples of these changes include:
Applicants
Household members
Licensing agency
Capacity -- Note: RFCS needs Central Office approval for capacity changes with exceptions. Supervisor approval only is needed for capacity changes without exceptions.
Address - need to also upload a new Home Study before submitting this revision for approval. The home study must be uploaded after the checklist is created in Casebook.
When you make change to one of the items listed above a revision slug will appear. The revision slug will clearly call out what information has changed. You will be able to quickly revert the change by clicking the Revert button on the right side of the revision slug.
Additionally, a revision checklist will automatically generate in the Checklist card.
In order for the resource's license to show the revision, you must complete the checklist and submit it to your supervisor for approval.
If a licensed resource has an open Annual Review, Initial Application, or Relicensing Review checklist, and one of the changes listed above is made, licensing workers will still be able to submit their revisions and any related checklists. Regardless of whether a resource has one of the three previously listed checklists open and incomplete on the Checklist card, once the revision checklist is completed a submit button will appear at the bottom of the screen and workers will be able to have their supervisors approve the revision.
The resource will need to be separately submitted for the initial, annual, or relicensure review. An open review checklist will remain open and on the license after the revision has been approved.
