From the Foster Family Home Index, licensing workers are able to search for available placements.
At the top of the index, there is a Placement button in the Smart Bar.
Clicking this button will bring you to the placement match index.
Clicking "Foster Family Homes" in the top left corner will bring you back to the Foster Family Home Resource Index. On the Placement Match Index, the column “Children Placed Here” lists the gender and age of children currently place with the resource. Clicking on the linked name of the resource will take you to the main page of the resource. You will be able to see more details about each current placement on the Foster Family Home Details card at the top of the page.
Like the global search and other resource indices, there are filters on the left hand side of the index. Top of the page will update as filters are applied; this will let you quickly be able to tell how many resources are displayed and which filters have been applied. You can filter the resource index by:
Available capacity
Gender
Age preference
Supervising agency
School District
County
Willingness to Foster – Special Needs & Other Considerations’
The index should automatically update as filters are added. You can select multiple filters at one time, but will only be able to filter by one county at a time.
When you set filters on the index, they will remain selected even after the index is sorted.
You can sort the index by clicking on the column headers.
