Court hearings and court outcomes are editable while the related Case or Assessment is open and can be edited by any worker who can also edit the Case or Assessment. Once the Case or Assessment has been submitted for approval or closure, court hearings will no longer be editable.
When an assessment is edited due to appeal, only workers with Admin, Super Admin, CEU supervisor, CEU worker, Executives, Local Office Director, and Supervisor roles can edit court hearings that were created during the initial Assessment period.
When an assessment is closed, only workers with Admin, Super Admin, CEU supervisor, and CEU worker roles can edit court hearings that were created during the initial Assessment period.
To edit a court hearing:
Go to the history page and find the court hearing you want to edit. Click the edit link. If the assessment or case is closed, and you are a worker role that is unable to edit hearings, you will not see this edit link.
This will take you to the Court Hearing Edit page. From this screen you can change/update/add information to the court hearing.
Click the SAVE button to save the Court Hearing or CANCEL to continue editing.. Court Hearings can be edited up until the Case or Assessment has been submitted for approval.
