Licensing workers can view all of the resources that are assigned to them on their personal Dashboard. The dashboards for Regional Foster Care Specialists and Residential Resource workers can be filtered.
At the top of the dashboard, you will find two drop down menus. The first filters for types of licenses and second filters for sub-types. You will also see and be able to use these same filters when you are viewing another resource worker's dashboard.
The first dropdown filter gives you the option to display resources in the following states. The sub bullet points illustrate how the second dropdown filter allows you to narrow the resources displayed on your dashboard further.
Inquiry/Non-Inquiry -- no sub-filter option
Application Pending -- no sub-filter option
Licensed
All types
Annual Review in 90 days
Relicensure Review in 90 days
Relicensure Application Pending
w/ Exception
Waiver
Variance
w/ Corrective Action Plan
Pending Revocation
For example, filtering for Inquiry/Non-Inquiry will just display all resources in that state. Filtering for Licensed with a subtype of Waiver will only display the licensed resources with a waiver.
The cards on the dashboard for resource workers have several unique features. For example, they display the same count downs that the resource pages themselves display for annual reviews.
Relative Only Placements
You can see if a resource is restricted to relative only placements in three places.
On the dashboard: a small R will appear on the dashboard card
In the Quick Information menu on the main page of the resource

The resources that are listed on the dashboard are sortable by date and name. You can click on the Name/Date heading at the top of the dashboard to sort the resources in ascending or descending order.
Sorting the dashboard will not clear the filter that was set at the top of the dashboard.
