The case overview page summarizes demographic information about the focus children, removal and location information, allows users to view and add services with KidTraks, shows the family network connected to the focus children, houses all of the plans and tools, and allows users to upload photos and evidence. The Case History page stores the all notes and contacts that have been created over the live of the case.
Transfer a Case to Another County
Users with the role of supervisors or above can click edit next to the case name. Unassigning the case and changing the county to the new county will cause the case to show up on the unassigned tab on the dashboard of the supervisors in the new county, who can then assign it.
Finding the Case Number
In Casebook, the case number is not listed on the main page of a case. However, you can find the case number in the URL that displays when you view the main page of the case. In the URL, the last set of numbers is the case number.
