In most instances in Casebook, a case will be created from an assessment.
From the main page of the assessment, click open the Action Menu
Select Create a Case
A blue edit screen will open, fill in information about the new case. By default, the case will be linked to the assessment it was created from. Required fields are marked with red asterisks.
Click Save. You will be taken to the overview page of the new case.
If there are unanswered required fields when you click save, you will receive three error messages: a red pill popup message, a red outline message at the top of the page, and an inline error message next to the unanswered question.
You can now cancel a case you are creating from an assessment.
After you've selected Create a Case from the Actions menu on an assessment, and are working on the blue edit screen, scroll to the bottom of the page.
You will see a cancel button
Clicking cancel will end the case creation workflow and take you back to the main page of the assessment.
