Authorized services are awarded when a child is found eligible for Emergency Assistance eligibility. These services can be share with people who are part of the assistance group. Once services are awarded and shared, the Authorized Services card on every recipient's eligibility application will populate.
Authorized Services will display in the Application card on the overview page of the EA application, in an expandable menu. When the blue arrow next to the Authorized Services heading is clicked, the card will expand and display the services the child is receiving, the names of anyone receiving shared services, and the effective dates. The names of anyone receiving shared authorized services are linked to that person’s profile page.
Additionally, the eligibility applications of people receiving shared services will display the authorized services s/he will receive in the Sharing card on their eligibility application.
Additionally, the eligibility applications of people receiving shared services will display the authorized services s/he will receive in two places.

Workers have the option of sharing authorized services in Casebook immediately after the focus child is found to be eligible. After the determination has been made, a popup box will open that lists every member of the assistance group.
Use the checkboxes to select which members should receive authorized services.
Click Share.
This will populate the Authorized Services cards as illustrated above.
