As a Hotline user the first screen you see when logging into Casebook is the Hotline Dashboard. The Dashboard gives you quick access to your In Progress Reports and Reports you have submitted for Review. Supervisors see Reports they are currently reviewing or have submitted for County Review.
This section describes the My Work menu item as it relates to Reports. For more general information about My Work see Assigned Work
To see a list of Reports assigned to you
Click My Work on the main menu bar (at the top of most pages)
Assigned Reports displays as a link followed by the Response Time (if entered)
Report ID displays if the Report has not yet been named
Dashboard Sections
Note:
Read Only and No Access Hotline roles do not see the My Reports tab.
My Reports
Reports are grouped by the following categories:
In Progress
Viewable by all Hotline user roles
Only displays Reports to which you are assigned
Submitted and Assigned for Review
For Workers, a list of Reports that you have submitted for Hotline Review
For Hotline Supervisors, a list of Reports that you have picked up for review
Submitted and Assigned for County Review
For Hotline Supervisors, a list of Reports you have submitted for County Review
For County Supervisors, a list of Reports that you have picked up for review
Closed Reports
Closed Reports that were assigned to you at the time of approval
Click Show Closed Reports to display the list of closed Reports
Click Hide Closed Reports to hide the list of closed Reports
Note:
Reports can be sorted in any category by clicking the appropriate column header.
Team Tab
The Team tab shows a summary of Reports assigned to all team members who share the same manager.
Click View Dashboard to access that Team Member’s Dashboard
Unassigned Tab (For Supervisors Only)
The Unassigned tab displays a list of Reports that have not been assigned
Reports submitted via OLR are initially Unassigned

The quick summary box, in the top right corner of the dashboard, displays a summary of your workload. Supervisors see information about their workload and their team's total workload.
Workers see:
Total number of assigned In Progress Reports
Supervisors see:
Total number of Reports assigned to their team, organized by workflow state:

In Hotline Queue
In Hotline Review
