Reports are validated when submitted for Hotline Supervisor review. If a Report does not pass all validation checks then error messages are shown at the top of the Report page as well at the top of each card where information is missing or invalid.
Note:
Cards with validation errors are automatically opened to edits (with the exception of the Reporters and Participants card).
All Reports must pass the following common validations when submitted to the Hotline Queue.

When the Report contains a Mandated Reason of ‘Family Evaluation’ and other mandated reasons then the Report Type must be one of the following; ‘Family Evaluation’ or ‘CPS & Family Evaluation’
Children on the Report are required to have a relationship set to everyone listed on the Report
