This functionality works differently if an assessment or case is open or closed.
If open/active, all users are able to delete a court hearing
If closed, only Admin workers can delete a court hearing. For all other users, the content will be locked.
If you need to delete a court hearing on a closed assessment or case and are unable to, please contact the help desk.
Deleting a Court Hearing
You can delete court hearings from the court hearings show page.
From a court hearing card on the History Page, select “See More” from the court hearing card of the hearing you want to delete.
You will be taken to the court hearings show page
Clicking the Edit link in the Smart Bar will take you to the court hearing edit screen so you can fix information that was entered incorrectly.
From the Actions dropdown, click “Delete”
You will see a confirmation message that asks if you are sure you want to delete the court hearing. Once deleted, you will see a message that confirms the court hearing was deleted.
Deleting A Court Outcome
When you are editing a court hearing, you can delete a court outcome by clicking on the blue "X" in the outcome box. To read more about editing court hearings, click here.
