Casebook is designed to help workers conduct their work faster and easier. While Casebook’s use may vary slightly based on the worker type, there are functions that are important to all workers. These general features include logging in and out of Casebook, viewing and taking action on one’s work, searching within Casebook, editing and deleting work, and creating notes. Additionally, Casebook uses standard conventions for entering information in workflows and checklists across all types of work. These conventions, as well as some tips, are explained in more detail below.
