Recently Resolved Issues
General
When creating a person anywhere in the application, if a user enters a suffix (i.e. II, III) the suffix will now save and display correctly.After a person merge is reverted when placing the reverted person record on the ‘Do Not Merge’ list for the other person record, a user will no longer encounter an error message.
Notes that are older than 30 days will no longer display the ‘Edit’ link, nor are they editable.
The Pre-Adoption Plans filter options from the History Menu and History View Page have been removed.
The Hearing Details history and the court hearings will now display in chronological order.
When a user creates an IA plan after the plan has been saved, if the user edits the plan and removes the Focus Child in "Who will this term or provision apply to" an error message will now appear and the user will not be able to save without this field being completed.
When changing or recovering a user password, the user will no longer encounter a white screen when trying to save.
When a user updates a FC DOB, the application will automatically validate that the relationship stoart date is on or after the DOB, if the start date is before the DOB, the application will automatically update the relationship start-date to be the DOB entered.
When editing a placement the user will no longer receive a browser specific error message and all data will be saved.
A contact with mandated contacts that requires a face-to-face will no longer be counted as successful when the caseworker was not present, previously if the caseworker was not marked as present the contact was considered successful and this is against DCS policy.
RID numbers on the person profile page will now validate to confirm that the entry is numeric, contains 12 numbers and does not start with a ‘0’. Additionally, RID numbers being passed by partner systems through integration (person matching) will validate RID numbers using the same criteria. If the user, through CB or integration, enters an invalid RID number an error message will be received.
When a user saves a RID number successfully the message displayed will be a success message and not an error message.
The error message that displays when a focus child has a closed removal episode but an open involvement status has been corrected to only display if the removal episode in question ends after the ongoing involvement start date.
When creating a placement of the type FFH, the resource ID will now display in the autocompleter metadata display on search.When MaGik calculates a successful contact for "Mandated Contacts", if there is a previous contact if a previous Contact Note was created and the FCM was not marked as present anyone marked as present at a Contact meeting where FCM is not marked present will now be shown as contacted in future successful contacts.
When an assessment is placed in ‘Edit Due to Appeal’ the CPI status will not recalculate until after the assessment has been reapproved.When a worker tries to save an allegation without entering the required time field, the work done will no longer be erased and all work will be retained and can be saved once the worker enters the required field.
When an allegation is added to an Assessment after it has been linked to the case, the Case Contacts history will now link back to the assessment appropriately.
On a case, Assessments and Plans & Tools will no longer show duplicate links.
When adding a "Becoming/Pending" status to a child on a case or assessment, the user will no longer be taken to the dashboard and will not see the error message "You are already signed in".
When completing a Risk Assessment, question 12 has been updated to only display and require sub-types when choosing "One or more apply (mark all applicable)".
Previously, when a user accessed an assessment without a perpetrator the user was encountering a “Something Went Wrong” page. A fix has been incorporated and the users will no longer encounter this page and be able to access their assessments.
When a user selects CPI and then selects a filter other than People (i.e. Case) then the previously selected CPI filter will be deselected and the search will only filter by the selected filter (i.e. Case).
Resources and Licensing
When submitting a Voluntary Withdraw of an application for a Foster Family home, when using the date-picker to select the date, the user will now be able to select the date from the calendar displayed. Prior to this fix a user would be routed to the top of the page and the date would not have been selected.
When a resource is licensed with an applicant that is a master (previously merged) and after the license has been approved the person merge is reverted, a notification to the assigned licensing worker will be sent notifying them of this change.
The ‘Accept’ and ‘Return for Edits’ buttons have been updated to align correctly.
Only Admins and Super Admins will have the ability to edit placements and create historical placements using a resource of the type "Transitional" Housing".
When a user tried to relicense a Foster Family Home after the initial license period had expired some users were experiencing a white screen trying to submit for approval. This has now been corrected and a user should be able to complete relicensure.
When going to a residential resource, with an initial application already approved, editing the license summary card will no longer cause the recommendations and request field to show the non-english looking text under the "Pending" sub-category.
When a Foster Family Home is approved for re-licensure the new license period is now recalculated using the previous license periods end date.
For Foster Family Homes whose license is expiring an “Annual Review Checklist’ will not be required if within 180 days of the license expiration date.
Eligibility
Closed eligibility applications will no longer require income to be entered unless there is a new placement.
On the eligibility index, the assignee filters are now properly aligned. Previously the check boxes were misaligned to the left.
