CC Placements

To create a Collaborative Care removal location:

1) From the Placements & Locations card, click Update Location on the Focus Child you're placing

2) Select "Yes" on the modal that displays

3) Select Collaborative Care Placement from the dropdown that displays on the modal

4) Select the provider appropriate for the Placement setting

5) Add who is responsible for the child using the autocompleter

6) Enter start date and time

7) Add a note indicating why the location is changing

Note: 

• For College Dormitory, the child is considered the Provider and his or her current address is used as the placement location.

• The above message displays when College Dormitory is selected as the placement's setting.
