Any authorized Hotline user can submit a Report for review.
Click Submit
All unsaved cards are saved
The Report is validated for errors
Validation errors appear as a list of issues at the top of the Report page
Validation errors are also shown on each card where the error needs to be corrected
the card is opened for edits (with the exception of the Reporters and Participants card)
The jump menu also indicates which card(s) did not pass validation
Correct any errors and Click Submit again

A workflow event is added to Report History
The Report is added to the Hotline Queue
Note:
In addition to the validations Casebook also checks to see if an SDM is completed
If you attempt to submit a Report without completing the SDM, an error message will appear below the Progress Bar and at the top of the Decision card

An error message appears if a worker attempts to edit a Report that has been placed in Hotline Approved, County Review or County Approved by another user.
