When an individual is involved in an Assessment as a victim, perpetrator or caregiver, specific information needs to be entered on the person profile page. This information is needed to meet federal and state reporting requirements and ensure the safety of the focus child. Let's take a look at what information needs to be entered for each person's profile page.
Casebook uses tooltips to mark when information is needed and when it is missing. There are two possible tooltips you might see to indicate required information.
A red asterisk signals a required piece of information.
A red exclamation point also signals required information. On an Assessment, these red exclamation points can be clicked to display details about what information is missing and also create an exception for this required information. Click here to read more about creating an exception.
