If you are seeing weird graphics in Casebook as shown below, you may need to clear your cache. It is likely you'll have to do this after a deploy.
To clear your cache, hit 'alt' on your keyboard, and click the Tools menu. Choose Options, and then go to the Advanced button in the top right of the window that pops up. Move to the Network tab, and hit the 'Clear Now' button. Close the browser window, and re-open MaGIK.
Alternatively, you can:
On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu and select Preferences.
Select the Advanced panel.
Click on the Network tab.
In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
