The Resource Details card, shown below for a Foster Family, is where you can enter information about the applicants, other household members, address, and other details.
Entering Common and Legal Name
You can add a legal name separate from a common name when creating or editing Placement Provider and Residential Resource records.
From a new or existing Residential Resources or Placement Providers, edit the Resource card.
On the form that opens, you will be able to enter a legal name under the "Resource" section of the Resource card for a Residential Resource; for a Placement Provider, this field will be found in the Placement Provider card.
On the show page, the legal name will appear on the show page under the common name in the Resource Card on a Residential Resource; on a Placement Provider, this will display in the Placement Provider Details card.
Entering School District
You can record the school district for a resource on a license application.
Go to a resource and click Edit on the Foster Family Home Details card.
On the edit page, you will see a School District dropdown. From here, select the appropriate school district either by scrolling through or typing in the name of the county or school district.
This is the first step in being able to search by school districts. Eventually you will be able to filter by school district in order to find a FFH in a specific school district.
