Hello friends welcome to museum of Zoology Department, Shri Shivaji Science College, Nagpur.I am Ambystoma, commonly known as the tiger salamander.My body is robust with striking yellow or orange spots.I am a terrestrial salamander.I prefer moist environments like forests and grasslands.My larvae are aquatic and have external gills.I have a keen sense of smell.I have a life span of around 10-15 years.My skin secretes a mild toxin to deter predators.
