Platypus

Hello friends welcome to museum of Zoology Department, Shri Shivaji Science College, Nagpur. I am a platypus, an egg-laying mammal known for my unique appearance.I have a duck-like bill, webbed feet, and a beaver-like tail.My bill is highly sensitive, detecting prey through electroreception.I dig burrows in riverbanks for nesting and resting.I secrete milk through mammary gland openings for my young. Male platypuses have venomous spurs on their hind legs. Thank you visit again.
