Arenicola  

Hello friends Welcome to zoology museum, Shri Shivaji Science College Nagpur "I am Arenicola ,  a burrowing marine worm, often called a lugworm. You’ll find me living in U-shaped burrows on sandy or muddy shores. My segmented body allows me to move easily through the sediment as I feed on organic matter. I help aerate the soil, making it easier for other creatures to thrive. My head is small and lacks eyes, as I live in the dark under the sand. I leave castings of sand on the surface, which are a telltale sign of my presence." Thank you visit again.
