Hello friends welcome to zoology museum Shri Shivaji Science College, Nagpur.  I am a torpedo ray, known for my flat body and electric capabilities. I thrive in warm coastal waters, often found resting on the seafloor. My ability to produce electric shocks helps me catch prey and defend against predators. I feed on fish and invertebrates, using my electric senses to locate them. My flattened body allows me to blend into the sandy ocean floor for camouflage. I have a unique reproductive strategy, giving birth to live young. I communicate with other rays through body language and electric signals. I play a role in maintaining the balance of marine ecosystems. My presence indicates a healthy marine environment, contributing to biodiversity. I’m proud to be a fascinating and powerful part of the ocean. Thank you visit again.
