Hello friends, welcome to zoology museum, Shri Shivaji Science College, Nagpur. I’m a hermit crab, and I live in borrowed shells. I find empty shells to protect my soft abdomen. I move to a larger shell as I grow bigger. My front claws help me defend myself and catch food. I breathe with gills, so I need moisture to survive. My shell protects me from predators and the elements. I’m often seen on beaches and rocky shores. I’m closely related to lobsters and crabs. Thankyou visit again.
