Hello friends Welcome to zoology museum, Shri Shivaji Science College Nagpur.  I am Oikopleura, a small tunicate living in the open ocean. I produce a delicate, balloon-like house made of mucus, which helps me filter food from the water. Though I am tiny and transparent, I play a huge role in ocean ecosystems, contributing to the carbon cycle by packaging organic material and sending it to the deep sea. Thank you visit again.
