My body is deep and compressed, with a small mouth perfect for feeding on algae and plankton. I am a hardy species, able to tolerate a wide range of environmental conditions, making me ideal for aquaculture. My coloration varies, but I often display a mix of grays, browns, and sometimes vibrant reds. I am mouthbrooding, meaning I protect my young by carrying them in my mouth." Thank you visit again.
