Hello friends Welcome to zoology museum, Shri Shivaji Science College Nagpur "I am calbasu a large, robust freshwater fish, often called the black rohu. My body is deep and laterally compressed, with a shiny dark color. I belong to the carp family and am commonly found in the rivers and lakes of South Asia. I feed on detritus and algae, making me an important species in controlling aquatic plant growth. I am a popular species in local fisheries and aquaculture. I can grow to a substantial size, and my flesh is highly valued for its taste." Thank you visit again.
