Leo 17.09.2019 umefanyika uchaguzi wa kumchagua Mkuu wa Shirika la Wakarmeli, O.Carm, hapa Sassone Italia. Aliyechaguliwa ni Padre Míċeál O’Neill mzaliwa wa Ireland, aliyekuwa Mkuu wa Nyumba ya CISA, Roma Italia. Makamu wake ni Padre Benny Phang Khong Wing, mzaliwa wa Indonesia, aliyekuwa Mshauri wa Mkuu wa Shirika kwa upande wa Asia-Ocean.

Vocational directors should know how to work with the community. The community should know how to attract vocations. Evaluation. Invite others to join us. Those people who the Holy Spirit is calling. We have rediscovered our rule in the recent years. We have new insight.
We rejoice always in what we have received. What is to come.

Sacramental nature of the community meeting. This is very important.
Correction-brotherly correction, it mus come to the reality. There should be respect, it is not judging one another, but coming together in making things better.
