Psst! We're moving!
Tae-ha repeatedly kissed and released his drunken wife’s wet lips. After hearing about the wicked past he had committed long ago, Ji-soo watched him awkwardly for a moment before Tae-ha returned to their original purpose.
“Hmm. Nothing to say? It was a long time ago, though...”
Ji-soo wasn’t expecting an apology or explanation from Tae-ha, but his uncharacteristic evasive attitude seemed oddly endearing. If she were to call it cute, he’d probably bristle, but that made her all the more determined to elicit a reaction from him.
“I was really hurt back then. I cried every day because of you.”
Ji-soo gently pushed away Tae-ha, who was exploring her deeply, and whispered in a serious tone.
“Then cry now. In front of me.”
Tae-ha caressed her flushed cheek, then kissed her. He lifted Ji-soo lightly and carried her to the bedroom. Along the way, their lips deepened into another passionate kiss.
Ji-soo’s plan to tease Tae-ha crumbled under the weight of their intense kissing. After laying Ji-soo on the bed, Tae-ha slowly prepared for their heated night together.
Whenever his fingers brushed against her bare skin while undressing her, he couldn’t resist biting the soft flesh that trembled under his touch. As Ji-soo squirmed beneath him, Tae-ha paused to look up at her.
“So, am I being punished now?”
The sudden question made Ji-soo, who had been panting with heat, chuckle softly. The man who devoured her like a starving beast every night was asking if he was the one being punished? Of course, Tae-ha’s presence always felt as sweet as honey, so the idea of punishment never crossed her mind.
“For rejecting Han Ji-soo’s confession back then, no matter how much I love you now, I feel like I can never fully have you. Like the ocean—no matter how much I drink, the thirst only grows stronger.”
Tae-ha dropped the last of Ji-soo’s clothing onto the floor, his eyes swirling with desire as they roamed over her body.
Whether it was the alcohol or embarrassment, her cheeks were flushed red, her lips slightly parted as she panted, her slender neck leading down to her voluptuous chest, narrow waist, and adorable navel.
This was his entire world. Cha Tae-ha’s joy and future.
And so, Tae-ha savored every moment of looking at Ji-soo. When his gaze grew too intense, Ji-soo hesitated before covering herself with trembling hands—but each time, he scolded her with a fierce look.
“Hurry... Tae-ha.”
It embarrassed her to be the only one beneath him like this, so Ji-soo hoped he would just hurry up and do something.
Her husband leaned closer, carefully tasting every sensation from her forehead downward.
“I was wrong. I’ll do better from now on.”
Ji-soo stroked Tae-ha’s hair as he playfully nibbled on her soft skin like a child. Running her fingers through his thick locks, she felt him prop his chin against her lower abdomen and tilt his head up.
“How could you possibly do better than this? If we add any more affection, I might combust.”
If Tae-ha said he loved her even more, Ji-soo would either burn up in flames or shrivel away into dust.
“So, what should we do? Tell me what you want.”
“It’s your birthday today, right? Tell me what you want.”
“Mm-hmm.”
Tae-ha sat up and spread Ji-soo’s legs apart, positioning himself between them before slowly lowering his body.
“What I want most is for Han Ji-soo to do what she desires most. That’s the best birthday gift.”
As he massaged her calves and nibbled her knees, teasing her with his words, Ji-soo thought about what she truly wanted.
Every moment spent eating, sleeping, and waking up with Tae-ha felt like a beautiful surprise gift. Even when they weren’t physically together, their hearts remained intertwined.
What more could she possibly want from such a perfect life?
Tae-ha pulled Ji-soo’s chin toward him, locking their gazes. Noticing the slight crinkle of her cute face as their bodies met intimately, he didn’t miss a beat.
“Hnn... Aah.”
Feeling Ji-soo wrapped warmly around him, Tae-ha moved gently. With each thrust, Ji-soo’s breath hitched, then escaped in short gasps.
“Don’t think too much. Focus on your husband during times like these, okay?”
Tae-ha taunted her by circling slowly, anticipating that she’d cling to him first once things heated up, just like last time.
“I’ve thought of something I want.”
He lifted one of her wriggling legs onto his shoulder. As his firm body pressed deeper into hers, Ji-soo’s delicate shoulders trembled.
“What is it?”
To think he’d been contemplating this the entire time. What kind of amazing gift could it be? Unlike Ji-soo, whose mind wandered, Tae-ha remained enveloped in warmth and softness. This was why, no matter how frustrating she got, he couldn’t help but love her.
“Let’s... Hmm. Have a second child, okay?”
The fastest alignment of words and actions. Tae-ha defined this moment as such. Smiling mischievously, he drove deeper into the spot Ji-soo loved.
“We didn’t bring condoms tonight, so does that count as an answer to your proposal?”
All matters related to contraception—and everything else in bed—were led by Tae-ha. Since Ji-soo hadn’t expressed her wish yet, it puzzled her that Tae-ha seemed to have already prepared for this situation. Or perhaps he’d secretly wanted a second child all along?
“I’d love a daughter.”
Tae-ha stroked Ji-soo’s lower abdomen before tilting his head up.
“That’s what we’ll hope for.”
With a meaningful smile, Tae-ha began moving faster. Having confirmed their passionate agreement, the husband gladly accepted this sexy birthday gift and spent the night thanking his wife profusely.

Morning at the hotel felt no different from their bedroom at home. Tae-ha, who had held Ji-soo until dawn, woke up early as usual, went for a workout, and prepared breakfast for his wife.
He brought her favorite vegetable porridge and salad into the bedroom. Placing the food on the table, he sipped his strong coffee while admiring his sleepy wife.
Her translucent face buried in the white sheets was adorable. It would be even better if those tightly closed eyes opened just a little.
Still, some semblance of conscience remained—he didn’t rush to wake Ji-soo despite noticing the cold porridge. Remembering how vigorously he’d pushed her the night before, heat surged between his legs again.
Today’s morning was special: there was no cute little troublemaker (their son), no house responsibilities, and no need to commute to work.
Tae-ha muttered confessions and rationalizations to himself.
As he adjusted the blanket, he gently touched Ji-soo’s reddened knee—the mark left from when they had been on the floor. He regretted not carrying her to the bed instead of letting her crawl away from him.
Her body, which left marks so easily, sometimes scolded Tae-ha like this—reminding him to take it slow and steady.
“Mmm? Are you awake? Ah, I overslept again.”
Ji-soo rubbed her drowsy eyes and sat up.
“Are you feeling okay? Any headache?”
“I’m fine. Maybe I sweated a lot thanks to someone last night, but I slept soundly after drinking.”
Tae-ha reached out to smooth Ji-soo’s tousled hair. As he caressed her swollen cheek and leaned in for a kiss, Ji-soo quickly covered her mouth with her hand.
“Let me brush my teeth first.”
“Hurry up, or you’ll get scolded.”
When Ji-soo stubbornly blocked him with her hand, shaking her head, Tae-ha kissed the back of her hand instead and stood up.
He gave up surprisingly quickly, but soon reappeared with a toothbrush loaded with toothpaste.
“I’ll go brush my teeth myself, thank you.”
Ignoring Ji-soo’s outstretched hand, Tae-ha shoved the toothbrush into her small mouth. His determination to achieve his goals, no matter how reluctantly she complied, was unwavering.
“Brush well, eat, and then let’s go play.”
Tae-ha smiled as he watched Ji-soo obediently brush her teeth.
“Am I some kind of baby?”
After suggesting they have a second child, Tae-ha treated her like a toddler upon waking up.
“Then you’re my baby! The cutest baby who only does adorable things for Cha Tae-ha.”
Ji-soo looked at him with eyes that sparkled with both amusement and exasperation. She added a bit of playful awkwardness to the mix.
Tae-ha picked up Ji-soo, who was frothing at the mouth and glaring at him, and carried her to the bathroom.
After serving her breakfast of porridge topped with kimchi and braised dishes, Tae-ha watched Ji-soo eat.
“Aren’t you eating?”
“Just a cup of coffee is enough for me.”
“You barely eat meals and don’t get enough sleep... Where do you get all that energy from at night?” Ji-soo swallowed her embarrassment and refrained from asking the full question.
“While jogging earlier, I remembered. That day of the festival.”
“Oh, you don’t have to dwell on it. My claim of being hurt was exaggerated—I did cry, but only for three days, not every day.”
Tae-ha proudly watched Ji-soo finish her bowl of porridge before handing her a glass of water.
“I didn’t even know it was festival season back then. I’ve never paid attention to such things, so the timing was blurry. As for your confession...”
Though Ji-soo tried to cherish the memory of her happiness before being rejected by him, she was still curious about the reason and circumstances.
“My mother had a car accident that day, and I was rushing to see her. Thankfully, she wasn’t badly injured, but the lawyer mentioned she had crashed into a guardrail intentionally, so I was worried. Mother has depression and...”
“That’s enough. If I hear more, I’ll feel too... guilty.”
Ji-soo walked around the table and stood in front of Tae-ha. She opened her arms and embraced him.
“The time I lived without knowing you, the moment I first mustered the courage, and the days we reunited and nurtured our love—all of it has been happiness for me. Like the sparkling light of the future we’ll hold hands and look forward to together.”
Tae-ha wrapped his arms around Ji-soo’s waist and lifted her onto his thighs.
“Forget dating or anything else. Shall we stay in the bedroom and play today?”
When Ji-soo narrowed her eyes slightly, Tae-ha, ever the opportunist, seized the moment and captured her lips in a kiss.
