Psst! We're moving!
Meetings with overseas partners, inspections, and discussions that lasted until evening—Tae-ha was even busier than he was in Korea. If he were a god, you’d want to give him more than 24 hours a day just to keep up.
While Tae-ha left the hotel at dawn, Ji-soo spent her time at the pool, sipping tea, reading books, or strolling through the beautiful seaside city.
Occasionally, when she came across a stunning view or landmark she wished she could share with Tae-ha, she felt a pang of loneliness.
But then she’d see Tae-ha pushing through his grueling schedule, and guilt would creep in.
This was only the second time she had accompanied Tae-ha on a business trip since their honeymoon in Jeju when she was pregnant with their first child. Strictly speaking, back then, she had chased after him on her own.
This time, though… her cycle was due right around the last day of the trip. With a hopeful premonition, she had asked to come along, and Tae-ha had happily seated her beside him.
While her husband worked like a madman, she spent her days in leisurely relaxation—which didn’t sit entirely right with her.
But no matter how busy he was, Tae-ha never neglected their time in bed. Even if he came back at dawn and only had an hour to sleep, he’d pull Ji-soo into his arms instead.
“This is better than sleep. I need to taste you to recharge.”
Ironically, Ji-soo was the one worrying about Tae-ha, deliberately avoiding temptation—keeping her distance, not touching him, trying not to catch his eye.
And later, she realized why Tae-ha had been so focused on wrapping up work as soon as they arrived.
He had saved the last two days entirely for traveling with her.
“We’re exploring every corner of the city tomorrow, so get plenty of rest tonight. You’ll need the energy.”
“Hmm… And what exactly am I saving this energy for? Not for this, right?” Tae-ha teased, poking her lower belly.
“And if you have any energy left, share it with your husband. I’ve been feeling weak lately.”
Ji-soo burst out laughing at his ridiculous whining.
“That’s a lie. If Tae-ha had ever been weak even twice, I’d be lying in a coffin by now.”
Tae-ha, who had already climbed onto the bed, pulled her into his arms. Breathing in her soapy, ocean-like scent, he nuzzled against her skin.
“Don’t wash too thoroughly. I prefer your natural scent over soap.”
“I walked pretty far today, so I was a little sweaty.”
“Even better. When your scent fades from your body, it makes me sad.”
Tae-ha kissed her skin, nibbling the soft flesh between his teeth.
“Your body is always so sweet and delicious. It drives me insane. I think I can live off this alone.”
He laid her down, their heated gazes locking. Without words, they understood each other completely.
“It’s like… we’re on our honeymoon again.”
“Saying that makes me feel guilty. I’ve been so busy with work, leaving you alone these past few days.”
Ji-soo shook her head with a soft laugh, placing his hand on her chest.
“You looked incredibly handsome working. If anything, I was the one bothering you by tagging along.”
“If that’s bothering me, then bother me anytime. Be more clingy. Tell me you love me, tell me to hold you.”
Tae-ha smirked, his large hand cupping her ample chest. Every inch of Ji-soo’s body was irresistibly soft.
“You already know without me saying it.”
“Yeah. You’re right.”
Tae-ha lowered his head, taking her in fully. His tongue flicked over her peak before sucking gently, making her stiffen instantly.
Their breaths synchronized, hot and heavy, as if they were one.
“Where did you go today?”
Tae-ha already knew—down to the minute—where Ji-soo had gone, who she’d met, and what she’d done. If he hadn’t assigned a security detail, he would’ve never left her alone, no matter how important the business deal.
He’d rather abandon the contract than miss a single moment with her.
“I took a boat past the Bridge of Love near the castle. It was weird—I heard these boats are usually booked solid months in advance, but… I was the only one on board!”
Tae-ha untied her robe, murmuring, ”Guess you’re just lucky.”
“Am I? Anyway, I wanted to take pictures on the boat, but since I was alone, I only got the scenery. Want to see?”
His firm hand slid up her trembling thigh, stroking inward.
“No. Right now, I’d rather do something else.”
Between meetings, Tae-ha had received photos of Ji-soo against breathtaking backdrops.
“There’s this little castle with a red roof. They say if you make a wish when the sun touches the roof, it’ll come true. I made one today, so tomorrow, you should make one too.”
“I’m already making my wish right now.”
His hot lips trailed up her inner thigh.
“All I want is Han Ji-soo.”
The sweet confession, whispered in such a lewd moment, made her cheeks burn.
His tongue dragged slowly through her folds.
When her delicate body jerked, Tae-ha pulled her hips closer, sinking deeper. The slick friction and scorching heat made her tremble violently.
“Ngh—Ah! Right there!”
“You like this? Want more?”
“Yes, yes. I love it.”
This was what he loved—seeing Ji-soo slowly shed her shyness and express herself honestly. It drove him wild.
After indulging greedily for a while, Tae-ha lifted his head, licking his glistening lips with a smirk.
“Is today the day?”
He hooked her legs over his shoulders.
“How did you know?”
“Hmm. How do you think? Maybe because you taste stronger?”
He delivered the shameless observation with a straight face.
Ji-soo, flustered, didn’t know how to respond.
After teasing her sensitive spot, he aligned himself and pushed in.
Her tight warmth enveloped him perfectly, clenching around him shyly.
Tae-ha moved slowly at first, savoring the feeling. But as their passion flared, their bedroom became an inferno.
After several intense rounds, Tae-ha suddenly said, ”We should ride that boat tomorrow.”
Ji-soo, drowsy, blinked her heavy eyelids.
“To name our second child.”
Even half-asleep, she kissed him.
Tae-ha knew—the way to Ji-soo’s heart was through their children. Just the mention of naming their baby had her offering her lips in her sleep.
The next day, the boat they boarded was empty again.
“Am I really the goddess of luck?”
Ji-soo asked with childlike curiosity, and Tae-ha—who had secretly deleted the boat company’s contact—nodded.
As the boat drifted from the dock, Tae-ha held her hand tightly. Ji-soo beamed, swinging their clasped hands.
“Are you scared? Not seasick, are you?”
Tae-ha smiled, brushing her wind-tossed hair aside.
Every moment with you is terrifying—because disasters never give warnings.
When he first heard Ji-soo wanted to ride the boat, he had refused outright.
Even if the river was shallow and the area safe, he couldn’t allow even a 0.01% chance of danger.
But after hearing she had lingered near the boats for three days, he had emphasized strict safety measures.
“Yeah. I’m scared, so hold my hand until we get back.”
“Okay! Like this!”
Ji-soo grinned, swinging their hands. Such small hands, yet they’ve done so much.
Tae-ha kissed her knuckles, and Ji-soo copied him, pressing a kiss to his hand.
“You might regret that…”
“Why?”
“If you keep this up, how am I supposed to control myself here?”
Ji-soo glanced around the river before shaking her head.
“...No way.”
Tae-ha lowered their joined hands, letting her feel the evidence of his arousal.
“We’re just holding hands! Why are you like this?”
“I don’t know. My lower half has a mind of its own.”
Her startled eyes flicked between his face and his lap.
Did you forget your husband already? During your first pregnancy, just the smell of your nightgown set me off multiple times.
“Tae-ha, think of your wish! The red roof is coming up soon!”
The boat glided leisurely past the sunset-lit castle. Ji-soo, more excited than Tae-ha, urged him to make his wish.
“What did you wish for?”
“That we close our eyes together when it’s our time to go.”
“Huh? But what about Yeon-su? He’d be so shocked and sad…!”
Not my problem. But Tae-ha had learned how to win his wife’s affection.
“That’s why we’re having a second one.”
Ji-soo’s surprised eyes softened instantly.
“Then what’s the second baby’s name?”
“Tongtong-i.”
“Cute! I love it. Tongtong-i! But why Tongtong-i?”
“Our first was conceived in a car, so Kongkong-i. This one will be on a boat, so Tongtong-i.”
Blushing at the shameless reasoning, Ji-soo still smiled happily.
Tae-ha watched her and thought—My wish has already come true.
From now on, his life would be dedicated to filling hers with happiness.
Fin.
