Samantha Luper is a freshman at the University of Michigan considering studying Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience (BCN).
She was born in Katonah, New York allowing her to take quick trips into NYC. At her high school, she founded and led a mental health awareness club in addition to playing on the soccer, basketball, and softball teams. She loves to bake and cook, especially with family and friends.
During her first semester at college, she wrote articles for the Hopelessly Yellow club and baked challah to raise money for the local food pantry.
Although Sam is still figuring out her future goals, she is certain that she wants to travel the world, gain insight into different cultures, and explore the flavors the world has to offer. Whether she continues with her plan of BCN or is drawn to something else, she knows that her love of learning and general curiosity about the world will be a guiding force.
