Dan Viderman has lived in New York City, where he attended high school and was privy to a multitude of intersecting cultures and cuisines. Topping his list of New York City classics are Joe’s Pizza and Dosa right under Queensbridge. After moving to Ann Arbor to attend the University of Michigan to study the mathematics of finance and risk management on a pre-medical studies track, Dan continued his passion for leadership by becoming the Vice President of Recruitment for the Michigan Alpha chapter of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. There, he had to plan different events with cuisine catered to the diverse nature of the brothers. In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family. Some of his hobbies include reviewing different Georgian restaurants in and around New York City and learning about new cultures as well as any flavors and spices they may bring.
