Aditya Chaturvedy is a sophomore majoring in Sport Management at the University of Michigan. He hails from Jaipur, Rajasthan, known as the “Land of the Kings.” His love for sports inspired his career choice, and his time in India shaped his culinary preferences. Aditya enjoys a balanced flavor profile in food, favoring dishes like risotto, butter chicken, and barbecue wings—neither too spicy nor too sweet. Butter chicken, a dish tied to Rajasthan's royal heritage, holds special meaning for him. Using his mom’s secret recipes, Aditya recreates these flavours in his apartment, blending food and sports into comforting memories of home.
