Chelsea Kehoe is a self-proclaimed foodie who is pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan. Before entering university, Chelsea was an avid baker, notably constructing a rainbow cake, a frog cake, macarons, and other sweet treats. She also cooks occasionally, focusing mainly on Japanese cuisine that reflects her heritage. Her past jobs at a local chicken wing shop and college dining hall further demonstrate her passion for food. Outside of her academic endeavors, which include participation in the project team ChemE Car and research for the Department of Human Genetics, Chelsea enjoys trying restaurants around Ann Arbor. Slurping Turtle, featuring Chelsea’s beloved duck-fat-fried-chicken spicy miso ramen, is her favorite find thus far. In the future, Chelsea plans to go into the industry for Chemical Engineering and further her baking and cooking skills.
