Ayaan Shah is a student at the University of Michigan studying business and math. His interests go past the classroom, though. He loves volunteering in his community, playing sports, spending time with his friends, and lifting weights in his free time.

Concerning food, he loves trying new food and having childhood favorites. He also enjoys learning about food’s origins and cultural significance. Further, he expands his palette through new foods previously inaccessible due to allergies that have since been outgrown.

He hopes to be able to cook many dishes from many cultures and be able to fully enjoy the food.
