Lydia Chen is an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan with an extreme interest in continuing to pursue her food diversity. Lydia's original interest in food began with her grandmother's cooking, which to this day she still drools over. While she grew up around Toishanese dishes, she has soon become accustomed to loving many different dishes and cuisines, namely Mani and Mama Satto's in Ann Arbor. Growing up in Ann Arbor, Lydia spent much time roaming the streets of downtown Ann Arbor and appreciating all that each restaurant had to offer. Quickly, she identified her favorite restaurants and became an avid fanatic for her favorites. Currently, Lydia continues to explore the underrated and hidden gems of Ann Arbor, with the final goal for exploring and admiring all restaurants in the town.
